Senior Manufacturing Engineering Technician
The Senior Maintenance Technician/Senior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist is a pivotal role responsible for maintaining and implementing the preventative maintenance schedules of production equipment.
* Maintain and implement the daily and weekly PM schedules for all production equipment.
* Set up manufacturing equipment in the production environment, record inputs, and verify outputs.
* Collaborate with the equipment manager to set up new equipment task plans and material lists. Delegate, train, and mentor junior team members in maintenance and engineering activities.
* Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements within manufacturing processes. Support the equipment installation process through Infor EAM.
* Review maintenance schedules and task plans regularly and propose enhancements as needed. Deliver continuous improvement activities and process improvements.
This individual must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be proficient in Project Management, A3/DMAIC methodology, and have knowledge of medical device quality standards or similar regulated industries. Additionally, they should be highly motivated, self-starter, passionate about excellence, and a good team player capable of working well under tight deadlines.
