Clerical Officer Location: Dublin City Centre Schedule: Monday to Friday, Office-Based We are seeking a Clerical Officer to join our Legal and Industrial Relations team in Dublin City Centre.

Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support to the team.
Manage correspondence, documentation, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in preparing and proofreading reports, letters, and other materials.
Respond to queries in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
Work collaboratively within a team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Essential Competencies A relevant third-level qualification and/or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent writing ability with attention to detail, spelling, and grammar.
Proven organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive approach to tasks.
