Quantity Surveyor Role
This position involves assisting in the preparation of bills of quantities, take-offs, and cost estimates for ongoing and upcoming projects.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a closely related discipline (or completing final year).
* Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects.
* Support the procurement process by obtaining quotations, preparing tender comparisons, and assisting in awarding subcontract packages.
* Track and report project costs, variations, and progress, ensuring timely commercial information is provided to senior QS staff.
* Maintain and organise project documentation including drawings, financial records, change logs, and correspondence.
* Conduct site visits to measure works, assess progress, and gather information needed for commercial reporting.
