SPAR Blackwater is a new and exciting store nestled in the community of Griffin's Cross, Blackwater, Co. Clare
We're launching a brand-new convenience store, and we're looking for a dynamic, driven, and customer-focused Store Manager to take the reins and make it a local favourite from day one.

The Role

* Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
* Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising and promotions.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
* Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
