Leisure Centre Attendant
The role of the Leisure Centre Attendant is to provide a high level of service to all guests, ensuring that they receive a welcoming and efficient experience. This will involve taking orders, assisting with swim lessons and other classes, and maintaining a clean and organized environment throughout the leisure centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure a professional and courteous service to all guests
* To assist in the delivery of excellent guest care
* To maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the leisure centre
* To be flexible with working hours and shifts
* To have a nationally recognized qualification in lifeguarding or equivalent
Requirements:
* Nationally recognized NCEHS/NCEF Fitness Instructors qualification or equivalent desirable
* National Swimming and Spa Pool Certificate (NSSPC), desirable
* Qualified First Aider
* Excellent Guest Care and Service skills
* IWS/ILAM Pool Lifeguard or equivalent qualification
Benefits:
* Flexible shifts pattern with morning/evening work, 3-5 shifts per week
Skillset required:
Predominantly includes Pool Lifeguard, Organisational and NCEHS qualifications.
