Contract Manager Infrastructure Projects (Client-Side | NEC Contracts) Location: Dublin, Ireland Employment Type: Full-time Sector: Infrastructure / Aviation / Construction Salary: €120,000 €140,000 (DOE) About the Opportunity Our client, a leading organisation in the aviation infrastructure sector, is seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure programme within a live airport environment. This is a client-side role focused on managing pre- and post-contract activities under NEC frameworks. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring contractual compliance, managing performance frameworks, and supporting strategic procurement and commercial decisions. Key Responsibilities Manage contract administration from tendering through to final assessment. Ensure compliance with NEC contract terms and Contracting Entity standards. Lead contractual negotiations and support procurement strategy. Oversee contractor and consultant performance against KPIs and incentive schedules. Review compensation events, payment applications, and cost forecasts. Support claims management and dispute resolution processes. Build and lead a team of Contract Administrators. Candidate Profile Experience: 15+ years in contract management, with at least 3 years of NEC experience. Strong background in infrastructure or aviation projects. Proven experience in performance monitoring and claims management. Skills: Leadership of contract teams (25 people). Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills. Proficiency in CEMAR, Unifier, and contract management systems. Qualifications: Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management. RICS membership or equivalent preferred.
