We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team. As the key point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that all aspects of the hotel's operation run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate handover briefings to ensure awareness of events or special requirements.
* Maintain a visible presence in Front of House areas and act as the primary point of contact for all customers.
* Conduct regular checks on each department to ensure they are aware of your role as Manager on Duty.
* Manage staffing levels in all areas to meet customer needs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly to VIP guests, by ensuring their rooms are prepared and they have all necessary requirements.
* Comply with liquor licensing legislation and company policies.
* Act as Fire Marshall and conduct security/fire walks, completing relevant records as required.
* Carry out end-of-shift checklists and reports, ensuring completion by relevant personnel.
* Provide comprehensive training to staff, maintaining accurate records and updating the Management Team on employee development.
