A world-leading technology company based in Cork is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to join our People Strategy and Operations team in
Cork, Ireland
.
This contract role is the lynchpin for a world-class new-hire experience, managing all pre-hire and onboarding activities.
This is a
full-time, on-site
assignment for up to
2 years
.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Onboarding Experience:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates post-offer, running the
Post Offer Engagement Program
to keep them warm and engaged.
Deliver Orientation:
Plan and deliver engaging
orientation sessions
to introduce new joiners to the company culture, policies, and values.
Ensure Compliance:
Coordinate all
pre-hire checks, paperwork, and due diligence
processes to ensure timely completion before the start date.
Process Management:
Work with cross-functional teams (TA Partners, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and alignment of induction programs.
Documentation & Audit:
Diligently manage all
new hire documentation
(hard/soft copies) to enable regular internal and external audits.
Gather Feedback:
Conduct "pulse checks" with new hires during their first
90 days
to gather feedback and drive continuous process improvement.
Best Practices:
Research and recommend enhancements to programs based on industry best practices.
Requirements
4+ years
of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related coordination role.
Minimum of
4 years
of direct experience in
New Hire Onboarding
or
Candidate Care/Coordination
.
Exceptional attention to
detail
and a highly
process-oriented
approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Assignment Details
Location:
Cork, Ireland
Work Arrangement:
On-site, 5 days a week
