Pharmacy Leadership Role
This position involves delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services, supporting the management of medication processes and contributing to continuous improvement within the pharmacy department.
* Prioritize patient care and safety in all pharmacy activities
* Deliver clinical pharmacy services according to best practice guidelines and competency frameworks
* Lead and support the management of medicine shortages and formulary processes
* Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and medicines information resources
Required skills include:
* Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society or eligibility for registration
* Possession of specialized knowledge and skills to perform role duties effectively
* Evidence of ongoing continuing professional development
