motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Welcome customers to the dealership, understand their needs, and assist them in choosing the right vehicle.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the XPENG, Mercedes-Benz Commercial, VW, and VW Commercial product ranges, including features, specifications, and finance options.
Sales Support:
Work alongside senior sales executives to support the sales process—from vehicle presentation and test drives to finance and handover.
Lead Management:
Follow up on leads from digital inquiries, walk-ins, and phone calls using the dealership CRM system.
Target Achievement:
Contribute to team sales targets through proactive engagement and high-quality customer service.
Brand Representation:
Uphold the premium standards and values of each represented brand.
Training & Development:
Participate in brand and internal training to build sales and product expertise.
Skills & Experience
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, customer-focused approach.
Basic understanding of the automotive industry or a genuine passion for cars and technology.
Full Irish driving license.
Previous experience in sales (retail, automotive, or customer service environments).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
