Role OverviewThe Investment Banking Analyst plays a fundamental role in supporting the execution of financial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt offerings, and other strategic advisory projects. Working within deal teams, the analyst is responsible for conducting financial modeling, valuation analyses, market research, and preparing presentation materials for clients.
