Job Opportunity: Senior Finance and Cost Accountant
We are seeking a senior finance professional to manage financial accounting, close SAP systems, and coordinate budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and timely journal entries for manufacturing accounting to support financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and company policies.
* Closely monitor and report on SAP system closures and submissions to headquarters.
* Coordinate budget planning and execution to ensure financial alignment with business goals.
* Conduct thorough account reconciliations to verify balance sheet accuracy and identify potential risks.
Essential Qualifications:
* Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
* Substantial experience in accounting, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
* Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality information and support to internal customers.
* Self-motivated individual able to work independently and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Knowledge of lean principles and experience driving process improvements.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead teams effectively.
* Advanced Excel skills to analyze complex data sets.
* Experience working in a multinational organization.
* Familiarity with SAP systems and knowledge of IFRS standards is an advantage.
