The role of a Social Care Worker and Assistant Support Worker involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their daily lives, including assistance with daily plans, community activities, education, and personal development. You will work collaboratively with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and respect for all service users.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting service users with their daily routines and goals
• Assisting with community outings and activities
• Providing guidance and support with education and skill development

Required skills and qualifications:
• No formal qualification required (training provided)
• Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or related field (registered with CORU) for Social Care Workers
• Full Driver's Licence or willingness to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for supporting people and promoting their independence and dignity
