Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. This is a key role that requires a proactive and reliable individual to manage facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Office Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing facilities, supplies, and maintenance.
* Client Interaction: Greet and assist clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.
* Post and Deliveries: Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence and external deliveries.
* Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal groups such as IT and HR to provide support.
* Meeting Coordination: Organize meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV equipment.
* Office Point of Contact: Serve as a point of contact for all internal queries and processes.
* Office Equipment: Operate office machinery, copiers, binding machines, etc.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the business.
* Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to office procedures and systems.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in office management or a similar administrative role.
* Able to work independently without supervision but also collectively as part of a team.
* Excellent English communication skills and strong attention to detail.
* Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Methodical approach and proficient in problem-solving and basic troubleshooting skills.
* Capable of working to deadlines and well-organized.
