Our organization is seeking individuals to work in a residential setting, supporting people with daily living activities and enabling them to live independently according to HIQA national standards.
The role involves empowering service users to live independent lives within their residential home and community. This includes transporting service users to facilitate access to daily living activities.
Other responsibilities include participating in household duties such as cooking, laundry, general cleaning, and shopping. Maintaining professional communication and relationships with the team is also crucial.
Service users must be made aware of safe working conditions and any potential hazards or incidents should be immediately reported. Positive engagement in team meetings, supervisions, training, and events is essential.

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Relevant QQI qualification in the healthcare sector (minimum Level 5)
* Age 18+
* Full clean manual driving license and access to own transport
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
* Knowledge of HIQA standards
* Work or student experience in social care or a relevant sector
