**Job Title:** Front Desk Coordinator

At our Ennis HQ, we are seeking a skilled and organised Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
4. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
5. Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
7. Maintain office supplies and ensure front office materials are well-stocked.
8. Working hours - 9.00am-2.00pm Monday to Friday.
9. Organisational and multitasking abilities.

Requirements:

10. Proven experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
14. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
