If you love storytelling, social strategy, event energy, and building cohesive brand experiences, this is the role for you.The RoleAs Brand & Communications Manager, you'll be the voice and steward of Demand AI's brand. You'll manage our social presence, events, and brand identity across all channels — ensuring we show up with clarity, creativity, and consistency. This is a Dublin-based hybrid role with travel to Ireland- and EU-based events (and occasional international trips) to support activations, conferences, and brand initiatives. You'll work directly with the CMO, and collaborate closely with our Product Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to make sure our message, visuals, and experiences all connect seamlessly.What You'll Do· Own Demand AI's social media presence: Create and publish content across company platforms (especially LinkedIn). Develop templates and sample posts for the sales team and leadership to use. Track engagement, report performance, and refine content strategy based on insights.· Drive brand storytelling: Help shape Demand AI's voice, tone, and narrative across all marketing channels. Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and visual identity. Collaborate with product marketing to align storytelling with GTM initiatives and launches.· Manage and evolve brand assets: Work with our graphic designer to develop branded materials, visuals, and documentation. Support brand consistency across the website, sales decks, email campaigns, and marketing collateral. Oversee vendor relationships and manage brand items — from branded swag (pens, signage, apparel) to printed materials.· Plan and execute events: Lead event logistics, creative, and on-site execution for both in-person and virtual events. Represent the brand at conferences and industry activations, ensuring a high-quality experience from start to finish.· Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with the CMO, product marketing, and design teams to bring integrated campaigns to life.
