**Office Administrator and Credit Controller Role**
Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office and Accounts Administrator to take on a challenging role as a Credit Controller in a growing organization.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong bookkeeping and data entry skills. Knowledge of Sage and payroll procedures is also desirable.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Post invoices to the accounting system after completing checks and balances.
o Credit control of accounts and credit checking potential new customers.
o Manage customer queries and delivery dockets.
o Raise invoices and record payment receipts in the Accounting System.
o Process weekly payroll from start to finish on Collsoft and post journals to Sage 50.
**Salary and Benefits:** €18.50 - €20 per hour depending on experience. Monday to Friday working hours.
