About Your New Job
As a Complaint Officer, you will independently manage and resolve both straightforward and complex customer complaints within regulatory guidelines.
You will investigate issues by thoroughly reviewing submissions, call recordings, provider records, and internal case notes.
You will objectively evaluate disputes, communicate decisions with empathy, and maintain accurate complaint records.
You will implement corrective actions, conduct root cause & trend analyses, and make recommendations for process improvements and training.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting the department and company strategy.
What Skills You Need
APA accreditation is required; a CIP accreditation is an advantage.
Experience delivering exceptional customer experiences in a regulated environment.
Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage complex cases confidently and work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
