Key Responsibilities:

A Senior Hotel Receptionist is required to deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury hotel based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.

Main responsibilities include ensuring guests have a memorable experience by handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.

* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a hotel reception role within 4-star or 5-star hotels is essential for this role.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the experience of guests throughout their stay.
* Maintain a well-presented and polite professional manner at all times.
* Experience with using hotel software such as Hotsoft is highly advantageous.
* Flexible approach to working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
