The role involves coordinating goods inwards, supervising operations, and managing inventory of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, with previous experience in a similar role desirable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordination of goods inwards orders
* Reconciliation of stock takes
* Actively managing orders of goods on order with suppliers
* Monitoring collections on a daily basis
* Assist with the set up of rooms for functions and events
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team responsible for coordinating all goods inwards and assisting with the set-up of events throughout the business.
Requirements for the role include:
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Previous experience within a goods inwards stock control role
* Previous experience with event set up with the ability to coordinate and time manage set up of events and assist with troubleshooting of AV issues
Working hours are flexible, with an average of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including some weekends and public holidays.
