Healthcare Catering Manager Job Opportunity
Are you a seasoned catering professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Catering Manager to join our team in south Dublin. This exciting role offers the perfect blend of culinary expertise and healthcare knowledge.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include managing a team, leading by example, coaching, and developing staff to achieve their full potential. You will be responsible for ensuring that all dietary needs are met, providing excellent communication skills, and having a strong financial understanding of kitchen and front-of-house operations. Additionally, you will have a working knowledge of Food Safety Systems and Health & Safety regulations.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or other healthcare facility setting. Your background should demonstrate a sound understanding of special diets and an ability to lead change management projects with ease.
