Red D are recruiting a Head of Sales & Events for a luxury resort in Co. Kildare. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced hospitality sales professional to lead a talented team across corporate, MICE, golf and social event segments within one of Irelands most renowned destinations. About the Role As Head of Sales & Events, youll oversee all aspects of reactive sales and event management, ensuring a seamless guest experience from initial enquiry to execution. Youll drive revenue growth, lead and develop a high-performing team, and collaborate closely with senior management to deliver on commercial goals. This position requires a confident leader with strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
