Job Summary
I am hiring for an exciting, newly created Infrastructure DevOps Manager role to lead a major cloud transformation and turbocharge my client's tech operations. Your Role
As Infrastructure DevOps Manager, you will:
1. Architect and execute a bold DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Lead and inspire DevOps teams, enhancing collaboration between development and operations.
3. Build and refine CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery.
4. Oversee modern, scalable, and secure infrastructure that supports next-generation applications.
5. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system and application performance.
6. Manage vendor performance and incident response to ensure smooth service operations.
7. Ensure reliability through best-in-class backup and disaster recovery practices.
8. Champion feedback-driven, continuous improvement across all delivery cycles.
9. Partner with IT and business teams to align infrastructure with evolving deployment needs.
Your Skills & Experience
You bring:
10. 5–7+ years of leadership experience in IT and cloud infrastructure.
11. A proven track record of leading migrations from on-prem to cloud.
12. Deep expertise in AWS, IaC, Terraform, Ansible, Git, and CI/CD tools.
13. Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS).
14. Experience managing offshore teams and large-scale environments.
15. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
