Recruitment of a senior HR professional to oversee the full HR function, including employee relations, compliance and policy implementation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and proactive individual to take ownership in a hands-on role.
This role involves managing HR administration such as contracts, onboarding, time & attendance, and personnel records. Supporting managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters is also part of the responsibilities.
Collaboration with other departments such as Accounts to process and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and adherence to requirements is required. Work permits, statutory leave and all employment-related compliance documentation must be managed efficiently.
Building effective relationships with management, supervisors and employees at all levels is crucial for success in this role. Partnering with other teams on site compliance and quality standards is also necessary.
The ideal candidate is an HR-qualified professional with a relevant degree or equivalent certification. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment is required.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills are also necessary.
