Job Title: Strategic Reward Professional - 18 Month Contract
Cpl HR Recruitment seeks a seasoned Reward Expert to spearhead a high-impact reward function in a large organisation in Dublin city for an 18 month contract. The role will play a pivotal part in driving the reward strategy, managing annual compensation cycles, and delivering strategic projects across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own annual pay and bonus reviews, share schemes, and market benchmarking
* Shape remuneration structures post-restructure or acquisition
* Advise senior stakeholders and HRBPs on reward solutions
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, Pay Transparency Directive)
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits in large organisations
* Proven track record in annual reward cycles and market analysis
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to re-engineer processes and leverage technology
