We are Hiringan Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to a leading Nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions where required.
Lead staff induction, training, and ongoing professional development.
Promote innovative and evidence-based clinical practices.
Ensure compliance with HIQA standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Facilitate regular communication and engagement meetings with clinical staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with community agencies and local organizations.
Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance the home's profile.
Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies, including fire safety and emergency preparedness.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection prevention.
Oversee preventative maintenance programmes to ensure a safe environment.
Participate in staff recruitment, selection, and workforce planning activities.
Conduct regular training needs assessments and support staff development.
Provide cover for the Director of Nursing as required.
Ensure the delivery of safe, high‑quality care in line with regulatory and quality standards.
Requirements
Qualified Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years' management experience within the last 6 years in older person care.
Hold a post‑registration management qualification in healthcare or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and healthcare management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven ability to make sound decisions and deliver results.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
Flexible, adaptable, and responsive to the evolving needs of the organization.
