The role
Fineco Asset Management DAC in Dublin is seeking a qualified Irish solicitor to join our Legal Team. The role reports to the Head of Legal and focuses on UCITS, AIFs, fund authorisations and debt issuances.You will draft and maintain fund documents, negotiate contracts, support regulatory submissions, and contribute to governance with advisory input for Irish and Luxembourg fund umbrellas.
