What You'll Lead:
* Own the floor: Lead daily operations to meet high-volume targets and exceed customer expectations.
* Lead strategic planning initiatives that align with site and global objectives
* Solve complex challenges in real time, keeping equipment and processes running smoothly and efficiently.
* Inspire performance: Empower Process Leaders to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality products.
* Drive improvement: Lead lean initiatives, performance reviews, and development plans that elevate team output.
* Ensure compliance: Maintain rigorous standards across documentation, procedures, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, quality, and support teams to drive operational excellence.

What You Bring:
* A third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Science, Business, or a trade certificate in an engineering discipline.
* 5+ years' experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment (preferred).
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a passion for developing people.
* A deep commitment to continuous improvement and delivering for our patients worldwide.
