Job Title: Chef de Partie
We require a Chef de Partie for our award-winning restaurant.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform food preparation and organization in the kitchen.
2. Work in a busy kitchen environment, including food prep, vegetable chopping, kitchen maintenance, and cleaning.
3. Assist in running the starter sections.
4. Support the Head Chef and uphold high standards of health and safety.
5. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and foster team spirit.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in English.
* Relevant experience in a similar role.
* Legal right to work in the EU.
* Knowledge of HACCP principles.
* References are essential.
