We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotel.
* Foster a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests.
* Work with the management team to ensure smooth running of the hotel operation.
* Address guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To ensure that all staff conduct themselves in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual and hotel policy.
2. Able to direct the team in all operational departments in their day to day duties.
