Requirements:
* Degree in Nursing or related field.
* Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
* Strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.
