Senior Design Manager

* Deliver and issue project documents to clients, ensuring compliance with GWR, SSWR, and contract requirements.
* Oversee the submission of design information and coordinate with architects and client teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage design development from concept through to construction stages.
* Chair and coordinate team meetings.
* Develop and implement façade systems designs including curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and brickwork.
Requirements:
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* High level of IT proficiency including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
* Ability to work effectively in regulated environments.
