To implement and maintain training within our teams. Availability for morning, evening, weekday and weekend shifts is required due to business demand. Assist other managers with interviewing, recruitment and running of departments. Coach and train new employees to ensure everyone feels confident in their new roles. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or complaints smoothly. To operate to the standards as outlined in SOP Manuals. To be fully compliant with HACCP. Oversee day to day operations of the hotel, to ensure standards are set and achieved on a consistent basis. To provide a friendly and efficient service. Requirements: 1-2 years experience in a supervisory and/or managerial role in hotels is essential. Standards Driven; particularly in Food & Beverage. Strong desire to progress and develop your career in hotels. People leadership and motivation experience. Proven ability to develop talented employees.
