This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in transforming Musgrave's retail media proposition. The successful candidate will work with the business to define what needs to be built, plan the sequencing of deliverables, and oversee the rollout of new software across the organization. To succeed, you should have excellent knowledge of media management, marketing technology, digital marketing, data monetization, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clarify vision, scope, and product strategy for the Retail Media transformation program.
* Assess the merits of different retail media platforms based on requirements and team vision.
* Translate business needs into Epics and product requirements.
* Work with Business Analysts to define user stories and technical specifications.
* Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and coordinate development sprints and testing cycles.
* Collaborate with the Retail Media data team to ensure appropriate data environment, KPIs, and reports.
* Participate in user acceptance testing.
* Address problems creatively as they arise during the project.
* Track and report on product KPIs, usage metrics, and delivery milestones.
* Assist with project management on the business side of the transformation.
* Maintain relationships with DPO, eCommerce teams, and screen partners throughout the project.
* Define platform configuration and rollout across Musgrave’s divisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors and platform providers.
Education, Skills & Experience:
* Solid understanding of retail media, digital marketing, or martech ecosystems.
* Proven experience delivering enterprise platforms with complex data integrations, preferably in retail or marketing.
* Strong background in product management within agile, cross-functional teams.
* Experience working with stakeholders across marketing, digital, commercial, and technical domains.
* Ability to manage third-party technology partners effectively.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
* Experience in retail or FMCG environments is advantageous.
* Familiarity with advertising tech platforms, CDPs, or campaign management systems is desirable.
* Understanding of data privacy regulations relevant to digital advertising and customer data is desirable.
This is an 18-month contract.
