Job Title: Grade 3 Clerical Officer Location: Naas, Contract Type: Temporary Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: €***** per hour About the Role We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Grade 3 Clerical Officer to join our client's team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the office.
Key Responsibilities Perform a range of clerical and administrative duties.
Manage and maintain IT systems and software packages, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email.
Handle incoming phone calls and email queries in a professional and timely manner.
Populate and maintain Excel templates accurately.
Provide general office support and assist colleagues as required.
Carry out typing and data entry tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
Ensure all work is completed in line with Health and Safety requirements.
Undertake other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Essential Requirements & Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills being essential.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and high typing accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a busy team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
