Warehouse Operative Job Description
The primary role of a Warehouse Operative involves executing Goods Receipting activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include performing Picking and Kitting for manufacturing material requests to ensure timely availability of components.
This position also entails carrying out Outbound Shipping and Logistics activities, including handling and documentation of hazardous materials, and supporting the packout of pharmaceutical products. Record material offload checks and sampling activities accurately in electronic logbooks (eLogs).
A high standard of Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance must be upheld and supported in all operations. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a GMP-regulated environment is required. Possession of a forklift license is desirable.
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess an education level of 6 or higher, have experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems at a manufacturing site, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
