Overseeing construction projects from start to finish is a key aspect of this role. This individual will ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
The project lifecycle requires close monitoring of progress, materials quality, and safety standards. Weekly Site Inspection reports are crucial for the Estates Project Manager.
This role demands an eye for detail to identify and report construction defects. Effective collaboration with Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers ensures compliance with regulations and project requirements.
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of construction management principles, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and protocols is also essential. A successful candidate will thrive in this dynamic environment, ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct site inspections as directed to ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
* Monitor construction progress, materials quality, and safety standards.
* Issue weekly Site Inspection reports to the Estates Project Manager.
* Identify and report construction defects to relevant stakeholders.
* Liaise with Architects, Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
