Facilities Coordinator Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team.
1. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities management-related enquiries from clients and internal teams.
2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and tracking Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks using CAFM systems.
3. Candidates should have strong collaboration skills to work with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to arrange site access, secure permits, and ensure timely completion of works.
4. Detailed and up-to-date records of completed tasks, quotations, risk assessments, and compliance documentation will be maintained by this role.
5. The successful candidate will compile and deliver client reports, service logs, and updates for monthly business reviews.
6. Monitoring outstanding work orders and escalating overdue or high-priority issues as necessary is also an essential responsibility.
7. Support in sourcing and procuring parts, materials, and subcontracted services is required.
8. All activities must comply with health and safety regulations and internal operational procedures.
9. Assistance during contract mobilisations and transitions will be provided as needed.
