The Role
Intuity Technologies is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation and pipeline growth across our two core pillars:
Managed IT & Cybersecurity Services
Data, AI & Business Solutions
This is a hands‑on role with full responsibility for marketing execution, CRM management in Dynamics 365 and campaign reporting.
You’ll own marketing end to end, with active sponsorship from the Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll shape how Intuity generates demand, engages its ideal customer profile (ICP) and converts marketing activity into qualified pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Demand Generation & Campaigns
Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, email, content, events and paid channels to hit monthly pipeline targets.
Run signal‑led plays alongside planned campaigns, using buying signals like site visits, role changes and intent data to trigger timely outreach.
Own the lead funnel end to end, from first touch through nurture, MQL handoff to SQL. Share ownership of lead quality with Sales, with closed‑won and closed‑lost insight feeding back into the marketing plan.
Continual improvement of paid media, website flows and lead capture to lift conversion and manage acquisition costs.
Build account‑based campaigns aimed at Intuity’s defined ICPs across multiple sectors, working from clear target account lists.
Agree pipeline and lead targets with the CCO and CFO, manage the marketing budget and report ROI clearly.
Manage partner marketing funds (such as Microsoft MDF and co‑op) to part‑fund campaign execution. Own planning of eligible activity, claim submissions and vendor reporting.
CRM Ownership and Reporting
Own Dynamics 365 as the source of truth for marketing and sales data. Drive adoption, data quality and consistent use across the commercial team.
Build segmented lists, nurture flows and campaign assets inside Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft marketing stack, including Customer Insights where relevant.
Turn CRM data into useful insight that shapes sales priorities and commercial decisions.
Marketing Operations & Strategy
Build a practical, scalable marketing plan focused on pipeline acceleration and conversion.
Position Intuity’s proposition clearly across IT & Cybersecurity Services and Data, AI & Business Solutions. Avoid generic IT‑services messaging.
Partner with Sales and Customer Success so campaign output aligns with active deals and key account plans.
Manage the website, brand assets and content calendar. Keep quality high and on‑message.
