We have a requirement for a client facing Project Manager to work with clients on Hybrid Cloud and/or Digital service/Software projects.
With offices in Dublin, Limerick and Belfast we are open on your home location.
Key Role Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, and governance structure; develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters.
Conduct risk and issue management, implementing mitigation strategies and maintaining project health.
Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, including regular status reporting and stakeholder management.
Manage third-party suppliers, vendors, and internal team members in a matrix environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and formalise acceptance of project deliverables.
Support change management efforts to facilitate the successful adoption of digital solutions.
Mentor and support other team members to foster a cooperative project environment.

Education, Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-7 years' experience in project management, ideally within IT, digital transformation, or regulated industries.
Strong background in delivering complex IT system projects, including cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or digital workplace initiatives.
Demonstrable experience with both Agile and Waterfall (PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2, SCRUM, SAFe) methodologies.
Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, PowerBI) and documentation best practices.
Fluency in English; additional languages (such as German) are advantageous.
Ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams.

Preferred Certifications
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) – for early-career candidates
ITIL Foundation (for IT service management environments)
