Social Care Leader Position
CPL Healthcare is seeking an experienced professional to lead a team in supporting vulnerable children and young people. As a leader, you will provide high-quality care in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of care workers in delivering services.
* Create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children in care.
* Develop and implement care plans with the team and stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
* Promote the rights, wellbeing, and development of children at all times.
* Support staff training and development for high standards of care.
Essential Requirements:
* 2 years' experience in social care or children's residential settings.
* Full Manual Driving Licence (essential).
* Eligibility to register with CORU.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
