We operate a full property maintenance service covering a multiple of services across all trades. Both reactive, planned & preventative works for a variety of clients.
We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you
(9am pm Monday to Friday - office based in our HQ Dublin 24)
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing service requests and updates.
* Schedule and coordinate service appointments for field technicians
* Track and monitor service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
* Communicate with customers about service status, delays, or additional needs
* Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer communications
* Collaborate with the service team to optimize schedules and dispatch resources effectively
* Handle billing and invoicing for completed services
* Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service coordination or administrative role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Customer-service-oriented with a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
* Experience in the service industry or technical field (preferred)
