This role combines two key objectives: creating an internal developer platform with streamlined pathways and development portal capabilities, while pioneering AI-powered tools and practices that revolutionize software development for our engineering team.
We seek a seasoned engineer to lead and shape our Platform & AI Enablement team. This team aims to provide self-service capabilities to developers, driving quality, standardization, and velocity across the organization.
* A chance to technically lead our platform enablement team, collaborating with product engineers to understand and resolve engineering pain points
* An opportunity to design and develop our best practice service templates, orchestration, and infrastructure
* Developing and curating our Internal Developer Platform (IDP)
* Implementing governance of our deployments at scale

* Establishing AI enablement frameworks, patterns, and best practices across the engineering organization
