Operations Manager - Front Desk

The Operations Manager - Front Desk will oversee the smooth running of the Front Office Department, ensuring exceptional customer care.


Main Responsibilities:

* Arrive punctually on duty, dressed in a professional uniform, at all times.
* Maintain accurate records of arrivals and VIP visitors.
* Build relationships with guests to increase loyalty and generate repeat business.
* Evaluate front desk operations, identifying areas for improvement through training and monitoring.


Revenue Optimization:

* Foster revenue growth through yield management, analyzing sales data, and tracking opportunities.
* Skillfully promote up-sell and additional sales initiatives, accurately recording sales transactions.


Customer Relations:

* Address guest complaints promptly, professionally, and constructively.
* Respond efficiently to guest inquiries and concerns.
