We are seeking Licensed Estheticians interested in a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. We provide high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including the latest skincare advancements like Neveskin, LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, diamond glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
Our Estheticians enjoy building treatment plans that incorporate these progressive options, helping to generate repeat business through our membership model. Your skincare expertise and product knowledge are vital to creating an outstanding customer experience. We handle appointment bookings and supply all necessary materials, allowing you to focus on clients. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent service to members and guests with top-level treatments
* Design and prescribe treatment plans aligned with clients' skincare goals
* Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
* Achieve sales goals set by spa management
* Create a positive experience for members and guests through friendly and helpful service
* Promote member referrals and memberships to grow clientele
* Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
Job Requirements:
* Strong retail and upgrade sales record
* Neveskin certification preferred
* Must carry liability insurance
* Knowledge of spa services and product lines relevant to Estheticians
