Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and store incoming parts and materials.
Pick, pack, and distribute parts orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate stock records and carry out regular stock checks.
Process parts orders using our IT systems, including Microsoft Excel.
Liaise with customers and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of parts.
Negotiation on parts best price, quality and availability.
Support the service team with parts requirements and queries.
Handle customer enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
Maintain facilities to a high standard liaising with contractors as required.
Assist with company documentation.
Experience and Skills Required
Minimum 2 years' experience in a parts store, parts advisor, or similar role (preferred).
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general IT systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative.
A positive attitude, hard working with ability to work on own initiative.
This role involves manual handling and occasional forklift driving.
