The Role
We're looking for an organized, friendly part-time admin receptionist to join our team.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, dealers, and partners, managing communications, scheduling, and administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Communication: Answer phones, manage emails, and greet visitors professionally
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and logistics
Data Entry & Administration: Input information into Odoo ERP system, maintain records, and organize files
Customer Support: Handle inquiries from dealers and retail customers; direct to appropriate team members
