Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and highly organized Social Care workers to oversee the delivery of quality care and support within our service.

Requirements QQI Level 7 or 8 qualification in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 1 years' experience in a social care or health and social care setting.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a care environment.
Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, safeguarding policies, and health safety regulations.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic, professional, and committed to quality care and staff development.
Full clean manual driver's licence (essential).
Must Have Stamp 4 right of work in ireland.

Requirements Lead, motivate, and manage a team of care and support staff.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality, person-centred care delivery.
Develop, implement, and review individual care plans in line with best practice.
Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (HIQA/CQC).
Manage budgets, resources, and staffing schedules effectively.
Conduct staff supervision, training, and performance reviews.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
