We are recruiting a Human Resources Manager for a key role in Co. Kildare.

About the Role:
* As HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the HR function, ensuring recruitment, training, compliance and employee engagement are managed to the highest standard.
* You will act as a trusted advisor to the management team, fostering a positive, supportive and compliant workplace culture.
This is a fully office-based position and would suit a proactive professional with proven experience in HR management, ideally within hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the recruitment process for internal and external roles using relevant systems.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and deliver effective recruitment campaigns.
* Represent the company at internal and external recruitment fairs.
* Oversee the social events and activities calendar for employees.
* Maintain compliance with employment law and internal policies.
* Provide support on employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
* Oversee the fortnightly payroll process and assist the finance team as required.
* Manage staff uniforms and assist with training programmes, including Induction Training.
* Maintain accurate HR records and produce monthly reports.
* Review, update and communicate employee policies in line with best practice.
* Offer guidance and support to ensure a positive, safe and inclusive working environment.
